“We enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty to do for all ages. The home was warm and well lit upon arriving late at night. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood seemed safe. My only complaint is that it smells like pets ( which is under standable as it's a pet-friendly location) Bars and a little market all close by. We will be staying here again!”

“The place was very clean and beautiful. It could use a few more mixing bowls and serving platters for holiday cooking. The only complaint I have would be the master bedroom is freezing cold at night and there is no way to raise the heat (they are locked) and all the beds have a very thin blanket. The big bedroom with the four beds in it also gets very very cold. We slept with socks and robes on it was so cold a few nights. The bathroom in the upstairs master never got above luke warm water. “Beginning in the early 1970s through the early 2000s, my daughter and I used to vacation at a family-owned cabin on Castle Rock Lake (long since sold off) . We have reminisced often about this area of Wisconsin and on an impromptu basis, just a few days before making a reservation, we decided to rent a cabin for a few days so that could revisit some of our favorite hiking and "hang out" spots. The Full Moon Cabin was perfectly situated for our visit.”

“Nice and comfortable sized place and easy to find. Stayed for a long fishing weekend with my brother. Everything was quite functional. Plenty of space for parking the truck and boat on premise. Kitchen was clean and everything easy to use. Beds were pretty good. On the negative side, there are not any dressers or places in the bedrooms to store one's clothing and the bathroom is rather small. Overall though, the place is well maintained and was a comfortable stay.”
