「Unfortunately did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel missed the mark on quite a few aspects: room cleaning seemed very hasty (full trash can was not emptied), the quality of the breakfast was on the lower side, and the view from the room was quite disappointing.」

「Staff is helpful and handled any issues that came up. Our room had water stains on the ceiling and smoke detector taken apart. The staff advised they knew about it and it was okay to stay in the room. Woke up one morning and floor was wet and moisture on the ceiling. Staff moved us to another room. The rooms are showing their wear and tear and do need to be updated. Breakfast is good. We had a sea view but there is a-lot of construction going on so you also see lots of trash next to the hotel....

Take advantage of the beach club with free beach beds, free parking, great buffet breakfest, excellent on-site restraunt for lunch or dinner, rooftop with indoor pool, spa including sauna and turkish hamam, and the on-site masseuse who was excellent. All staff are superb and help you with a smile.」

「We stayed in Budva for 3 nights and we arrived pretty late by bus. The concierge was very accommodating, as I was texting updates on arrival. We arrived and had a very pleasant welcome by Tom Very courteous and upgraded our room. The room was clean and modern. We had access to the pool which was lovely. Made some good recommendations for food in the area. Helped us to get fair taxi prices around town. We could walk to the beach and promenade. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in...

「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...
