"1.Not good for business travellers as there is no desk in the room; 2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room 3. Most staff don't speak English 4. The hotel is very new and very clean"

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. "So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "
