“We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is in perfect condition, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent location. The staff were extremely friendly and help, special thanks to NGOC, who assisted us with a few issues and made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it offers great value for the money. “The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be……
