The staff were pleasant and helpful: our youngest left something behind in the room and they kept it for us and were very helpful about returning it. I worried we would hear noise from other guests in our room but that wasn't the case. I also worried there would guests with dogs around (kids have allergies) but that was not the case. Only...

「Although the room was clean, there was a musty air throughout. To the point we could not stay the night. I would not recommend anyone with allergies staying there. This said, they were very accommodating and reimbursed us for the three nights we had booked」

「This place was close enough to downtown and directly across from a coffee shop and a restaurant making it pretty convenient. Checking in was easy. We rented 2 rooms for a weekend event and when we arrived both rooms had a pretty funky smell. We both had to open windows and leave the door open for a while. It may have been sanitizer they used to clean the rooms but it wasn’t pleasant. In our room th shower curtain was about to fall down so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed while showering but...

「We had booked a double room for 1 night at $~$400. Got an ADA room. Didn’t mind since the room and bathroom were quite large. Amenities were bare minimum (for the price) - shower was not clean. Staff was friendly. No breakfast included. Parking garage under hotel. Convenient right off highway 101. No restaurant. However, There’s a ‘room service’ menu barcode in room :) 」
