“Great stay, everything was perfect!”

“Otele girisimizden son gunumuze kadar guleryuz görduk , otel cok yeni ve odalar cok temizdi. Odalarin dizayni tüm ailemizi bir otel odasinda degilde evimizde konakliyormusuz gibi hissettirdi. Bir daha gelirmiyiz? Kesinlikle geliriz.”

“Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing……

“It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides……

“Not in enough promoted hotel. Excellent food (breakfast and a la card). Generally, in Bulgaria people working as waiters are not pleasant and this hotel are not exceptional. Big and clean apartments. ”

“Bansko'ya kayak tatili için arkadaşımla geldim. Bu otel Bansko da kayak tatili yapmak için ideal. Kayak kiralama opsiyonu sağlıyor ve şehirdeki diğer yerlere kıyasla daha ucuz. Biz günlük 20 levaya kiraladık. Kahvaltı güzel, akşam yemek porsiyonları da büyük. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Şehir merkezinden biraz uzak. Kayağa gitmek için shuttle servisi olsa da akşam dışarı çıkarken biraz yorucu olabiliyor. Ayrıca havuz ve sauna seçeneklerinin olması da çok iyi bir detay. Rahatlamak için güzel bir……

“This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. ”

“Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had……
