"This room is not oceanfront, there is no view of the ocean.In my experience oceanfront means full on view of the ocean, ocean view means side view. Obstructed view is just that. What we had was NO view of ocean. Even though it says that. Very nice condo otherwise.Finding your parking space is like looking for Waldo,kinda crazy.One suggestion is a towel or bath mat to step on when you get out of the shower. There are no extra towels for that."

"For the price, you really can’t beat it. Great location, walking distance to everything VA Beach has to offer. Staff was great, kept everything stocked(towels, tp, coffee, etc.) the pool wasn’t dirty, reasonably well maintained. The hair dryer was broken in our room, we talked to the office and they had a maintenance guy up there in 5-10 minutes replacing it. Microwave didn’t work very well, but we didn’t complain about it because it did the job. The “double beds” are not meant for two people comfortably. They feel like an oversized army cot but they were a place to sleep. They cleaned the balconies with a leaf blower and just blow all the trash off into the bushes down below, there is trash galore in the bushes lining the property on the beach side. Smells like weed and seafood outside. Can’t control what other guests do, but it’s located right next door to a busy seafood restaurant so can’t control that either. No big deal. Only 2 blocks to the beach, 6 to the fishing pier and 9ish to King Neptune. Overall it was an acceptable place to stay. I would be willing to stay there again."

"The front desk folks were great and very helpful. One gentleman helping for the breakfast was not friendly and appeared to be more friendly to some customers. Another staff member during the raining day used hand gestures and kept saying that there were 3 elevators. That staff member lacks good customer’s service."

"The hotel needs some TLC; room was good size, breakfast was good but limited; same every day; we needed to ask for towels and toilet amenities; our room was not cleaned in 5 days; location is great and staff helpful; elevators are in need of maintenance, a day did not work and looked bad; the coffee machine created big line up in the morning; no water refills available;"

"We were able to check in a few hours early when we arrived. They have a very nice breakfast, lots of options for everyone. Staff was quick and helpful when needed. Room and hotel were clean. We had lunch at the restaurant downstairs. Food was good but a bit pricey. Plan on booking a stay next summer for point break music festival as it is only a few blocks away."
