巴克湾野生动物保护区度假短租

“First there was a refundable fee due at check in that I was not made aware of until AFTER I booked. It was refunded without issue. It was nice to have a physical key for the room instead of electronic. Heavy doors, sturdy stairs. I never heard anyone else while we were there. Location and parking were excellent. The bathroom and room were better in person than photos which was very nice. Owner was friendly, very chatty. I’ve read negative things about his wife- but I had no complaints. She just……

“Beach View is pretty good!”

“Simple lodging on the ICW across from the Coinjock restaurant. Sit back and watch the dolphins and boats pass by.”

“Place was clean, saw Gerardo multiple times throughout our stay, was always polite and asking how everything was going or if we needed anything. Resort amenities and facilities were very nice and the location was great!”

“Have to go to sister hotels for breakfast, sauna, other amenities. A/C in my room was broken, had to switch rooms. Windows didn’t open in room. Otherwise it was fine and close to beach. Have to pay extra for housekeeping.”

“Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.”

“The staff was nice and the location was awesome. The largest complaint I have is the bugs throughout the rooms. We rented 5 rooms for 5 days and there were roaches in 3 of the rooms and some of the appliances did not work in a couple and the curtains were falling down in one and to be honest it really was not as nice as I expected for what we paid. The staff did address all of our complaints immediately so that made a big difference.”

“This place is always perfect for us. Thank you!”

“Successful vacation.”

“This was a cute house. It was in a great location for our needs. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the beach. ”

“Second time at this location and loved it again! This particular condo had everything we needed and the listing is accurate - it's beautiful and very spacious. Comfy couch for us to watch the world cup soccer matches, kitchen has a variety of gadgets to make meals, dining table felt comfortable for everyone, showers had awesome water pressure to wash off all the sunscreen, and there were plenty of towels. Easy walk to the beach and the restaurant. Pools are so open and convenient, and our……

“Property was fine, the pool just wasn't clean enough & it was crowded. ”

“This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)”

“My wife, my two boys, and myself had a great Labor Day Weekend! This place was awesome and very great for kids. They lived the playground on the beach that was very close, and their new dream catchers from the store downstairs! ”

“This property was easy to find, spacious, and comfortable. It offers easy access to several local restaurants, grocery stores, and fuel. It is about 30 minutes drive from VA Beach or Norfolk. Our host, Eric, was responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable for all 5 of us, and we loved having coffee on the screened in porch. It is worth noting, though not as a complaint, that the drive way is very steep and our hitch mount hit while trying to back in so for the rest of the stay we……

“Booked for weekend retreat with my daughter. Provides enough room comfortably for 4 couples or more. Provides all the amenities of home minus the warm toilet seat. We enjoyed our weekend of relaxation and the beach. Great views from the balcony, easy access to the beach and a restaurant on site.”

“Wonderful ocean facing condo with all the amenities. Had a wonderful week with the family. The communication from management was the best that I have experienced.”

“Impressed with the whole experience. ”
