“When we got into our room there was hair in the tub and walls of the shower, the side of the tub was cracked and the drain plug was broken out and sitting on the side. Was very hard to bathe our child with no plug. Paid for a full kitchen and did not have a full kitchen only a microwave and small refrigerator. The photos of the room showed full kitchen and ocean view and our view was of the city unless you stood over the balcony and looked sideways. The floors in the room were so dirty we all……

“I grew up in Virginia Beach and always wanted to stay here after it was built. What a waste of space! The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! ”
