"usually we dont do maid service but when we got there there was hair in the tub which they came and took care of.tried making tea the next morning and it tasted like coffee,i noticed there were coffee grounds in where the pods go so we left it propped open hoping they cleaning staff would notice it which they did not my daughter ended up cleaning it out,also they did not make the beds like they usually do/cleaning the room was not exspecial"

"My son and I had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect — Harris Teeter is close by, with a 7-Eleven and Subway right next door, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and main strip. We really enjoyed the pool, and the staff at check-in were incredibly sweet and welcoming. The outside of the property has a few areas that look a little worn, but our room seemed to have had a great recent refresh. It was clean, comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. My one complaint: the pillows were terrible! Definitely bring your own if you’re particular about pillows. I only wish the rooms had sofa beds, because I would happily come back with our whole family. Overall, this was a great stay for my son and me — comfortable, friendly, convenient, and an excellent location for enjoying Virginia Beach. We’d definitely stay again."

"Go here. You won’t be disappointed. The bed is beyond amazing, with the sheets being the softest and most inviting sheets I have ever slept on, especially for a hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the beach."

"No complaints at all. The room was clean and absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds. Amazing view from the room with a heart shaped hot tub and balcony over looking the beach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Heated pool was also very nice. This sits at the quieter end of the boardwalk which was perfect for us as well. We completely enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay here again!"
