We arrived at 4:42pm to check in but the room wasn’t available yet. We waited for another 15 minutes for the room to be available. Their check out time is 12 noon. So I was wondering why the room wasn’t ready for almost 5 hours since the previous customers checked out. If their excuse is staffing, they already knew ahead of time how many guests were checking in that day and should have prepared enough staff to clean the rooms for new guests coming in.

Great hotel, great service, good value, very good breakfast. If you like bacon, this is the hotel for you. After staying at 7 hotels this month, Seda has the best breakfast. The roof lounge was also nice. It’s also great being so close to Ayala. The only aspect of the Seda experience I cannot recommend is the pool. It exists but not great.

Overall, this hotel was relatively good value for money, although the rooms were not quite as good as they look online (lack of colour primarily). The hotel does have a nice hotel roof bar, with a good view. The door staff and reception staff are friendly and the rooms are kept clean. The breakfast in my opinion is 3-4 star rated. The hotel is ideally located within a 5 min walk to the nearest shopping mall. Overall i would book again, due to it's location and roof top bar with views.

Second time at this property. Chose the larger room this time and it was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant breakfast buffet was plentiful, well prepared, and delicious. Staff, in general, were very nice. Recommended.

Overall was excellent, employees are very polite, attentive and friendly. Place very clean, room up to date. Everything I need met my expectations. I will come back again to this hotel. I highly recommend.
