“This hotel was dirty and disgusting. Please please please do not stay here. I pay so much money for two day and I would have been better off in motel 6”

“They were renovating. We had a “new” room. Didn’t feel like a punch list was don’t on the room. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned after the renovation. Bathroom walls were filthy with drywall dust. Floor was filthy. I could see lots of daylight around our door, which led to the outdoors. Couldn’t call the front desk from the room. Phone didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk person for ice. In the morning before we left, cleaning supervisor barged into our room without even knocking 2……

“Clean and quiet, this Hampton property is my first choice whenever I’m in Albany.”

“I’ve bucket was in the bathroom there was mold in the shower sink was leaking toilet dirty dont ever go there even if you need some sleep stay far away from Red Roof Inn”

“There is no breakfast, you have to pay for it. The coffee I purchased came straight from container we have in our apartment complex very nasty not worth the money. I Ubered so I can’t speak on the parking ”

“Parking was easy,Staff was Friendly,Air conditioning kept room adjusted to preference.”

“The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, no hot water in the.bathroom. I wasnt expecting much as i just needed a bed to sleep in for the night. But you could tell it's been awhile since they've updated towels and sheets and the room was the same way. Wasn't a bad experience but it could have been better.”

“Went above and beyond considering I left something very valuable. Thanks Again for an awesome stay, and for protecting what I left. Returning it safely home.”

“I like nothing about this hotel floors was dirty toilet was leaking around the bottom would not flush right rat in trap in my daughters joining room refrig.didn't work the floors kept getting wet. And my granddaughter hit her ankle on the pointy part of the bed and busted her lip so dont come to this one they need to do better.”

“This place was not clean , people was play cars outside of they door . It look like a hoe hotel. People look homeless . This place look unsafe . Please don’t come here , I was scary .”

“We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, we arroved and was told it was out of order. The bathrooms and carpet need replaced-stains yuk! The toilets squeeled when flushed and our room phone dodnt work when I jeeded tp call the front desk. ”
