Apartment Horner in Bad Bayersoien.
We are very pleased that you are looking at us. Here in the beautiful landscape in the district Garmisch-Patenkirchen lie the Ammergauer Alps. In Bad Bayersoien all possibilities of a relaxing holiday can be combined. From here you can reach Oberammergau, Staffelsee, Bad Tölz, Munich, the Zugspitze, Austria, V. M.
We belong to the KönigsCard partners. The KönigsCard is the largest all-inclusive card in Germany. What does that mean for you? As a KönigsCard holidaymaker you have the possibility to use more than 200 special offers FREE OF CHARGE. This includes, a. Mountain railways, baths, museums, leisure facilities, nature and family programs, sports and hikers' experiences.
Family holidays, active holidays, culture & art, hiking, winter sports and many more attract numerous visitors to the famous health resort every year.

Spacious, country-style apartment on the second floor of a former farmhouse.
The centrally located apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via a relatively steep staircase.
It is ideal for families with children or for 2 couples. 
The apartment with three rooms has a floor space of 90 sqm and is divided into one
spacious living room with south-facing balcony and satellite TV (106 cm),
2 spacious bedrooms each with a double bed, one bedroom has a satellite TV and a Playstation 2,
Kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all that belongs to it
a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine (use for a fee).
From the south balcony you have a beautiful view into the village center.  
In the apartment is also W-Lan available.
Please understand that the apartment is not allowed to smoke.
The bed linen and towels are provided of course. You can park your car in our parking lot.

The house was much bigger with more light than on the pictures. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we made Lots of amazing trips with the free konigscarte. The only minor thing were the hard matrasses/beds.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in schönem Dorf

Wir haben spontan einen Skiurlaub in der Gegend von Oberammergau gemacht.Die Wohnung fanden wir sehr gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sie war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett Der Ort verfügt über eine tolle Infrastruktur - Bäckerei, Dorfladen, 2 Bankfilialen und Restaurants, so dass man alles zu Fuß erledigen konnte. Skigebiete gibt es einige in der Nähe. Dank Königscard haben wir uns kostenlos Langlaufski und Schlitten ausleihen können.Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung gehabt ! Sehr nette Vermieter , einfaches Check in/out . Zentrale Lage und mit der Königscard sind viele Unternehmungen kostenlos , z.B. Busfahrten , Seilbahnen und vieles mehr . Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Volltreffer!

Die Ferienwohnung bei Fam. Horner kann idealer nicht sein. Mit allem ausgestattet, alles von bester Qualität und rundum gemütlich. Zentrale Lage in der Dorfstraße Bad Bayersoiens: gegenüber ein guter Metzger mit preiswertem Mittagstischangebot, mehrere traditionelle Gasthäuser und ein Italiener, ein Bäcker mit Spitzen-Bio-Broten, bei dem man auch Kaffee trinken und Gebäck essen kann, ein kleiner Dorfladen mit unglaublich reichem Angebot, ein Schuhmachermeister in 4. Generation (um nur einiges zu nennen). Für weniger mobile Menschen: die Wohnung ist nur über 2 steile Treppen zu erreichen. Aber der freundliche Hausherr (ebenso freundlich auch seine Frau) half tatkräftig beim Gepäckaus- und -einladen, dass man die Treppen fast vergaß. Dank an Fam. Horner. Und überhaupt: nicht umsonst komme ich seit 1997 immer wieder mit Freude nach Bad Bayersoien. Rainer Noll, Wiesbaden (Kantor em.)

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige, gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt . Sie liegt ganz zentral an mehreren Wanderwegen, so dass wir direkt von der Haustür aus starten konnten. Upper apartment in Bad Bayersoien

Have traveled to Bavaria many times over the past 10 years. The region has a great deal of lodging options available. The unit in Bad Bayersoien was very clean and communication was good with the owner, who lives on-site in the unit below the apartment rental. Owner, met us at arrival and provided an overview of the unit and local area. Unit is close to all major villages and sites for enjoying the wonderful locations of southern Bavaria. The unit is a full two bedroom, one bath unit, with a full kitchen and living room. Has all appliances needed for daily needs. Unit has a washing machine (no dryer) for clothing and works well. There is a 3 Euro charge per wash load. The village has two bakeries and two restaurants within walking distance from the unit. As always, check operational times at each location. At the time of our stay, the region train network was shutdown due to ongoing track inspections, thus, sadly, our "Konigscard" could not be used for train service. Only negative, which has nothing to do with the owner; the main street which the unit is located on has quite a bit of traffic for being a small "Bavarian village". Thus, expect early morning traffic noise. Recommended

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Horner sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet für eine 4-Köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz und ist optimal ausgestattet. Abends saßen wir oft auf dem Balkon und haben den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Auch die Lage im Zentrum von Bad Bayersoin war sehr angenehm. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Dorfladen sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Familie Horner. So sehr, dass wir bereits für nächstes Jahr reserviert haben.

Sommerurlaub im Coronajahr

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete, große Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Mitten im Ort, Metzger, Bäcker und Gasthöfe in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ideal für vielseitiges Freizeitprogramm in näherer und weiterer Entfernung dank der Königscard. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen mit unseren 17 bis 23 Jahre alten Teenagern sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Gruber!
