"Room was clean. For some reason, there were a lot of flies in this resort including in the rooms and the dining hall. Staff was helpful and friendly. "

"The secret house is in a great location, quiet and away from the bustle of the market. A 10/15 min walk to the fort. Breakfasts and dinners provided by the the staff were very nice. Customer service was excellent I cant recommend the Secret house enough for a relaxed, clean and quiet time. "

"I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in"

"It is a very beautiful location. The view is excellent. The hotel is a historical building. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. The cost of the rooms are very reasonable. There is an outdoor swimming pool as well. "

"We traveled as a family and occupied two rooms. The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to the tourist attractions. But the rooms were not specially clean (the bathrooms had a smell), when went to the reception desk the next morning someone was sleeping in front of it in a makeshift mattress, the food was greasy and of poor quality, and the dining room was open and exposed to the cold weather of the desert night."

"There were no quilt covers on the duvets. Blankets on the beds. Not keen on hygiene of blankets so had to sleep in my clothes. Breakfast fairly poor and dirty table cloths. Staff friendly however."
