Romantic Mini-Villa—Heated Pool and Wooded Park—Les Hauts de Locmiquel

Come and enjoy our large wooded park and our covered, heated swimming pool, just 900m from Locmiquel beach, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the main house, in the south wing, with its own independent entrance and a large terrace with an olive tree, overlooking the 2-hectare park. The private swimming pool under its veranda will also be at your disposal, heated from April to the end of October. The suite is over 40 m², with a large bedroom, a queen-size bed (160 cm), a large bathroom with shower, and a brand new, fully equipped, modern kitchen/dining room. Outside of peak season (July-August), the rest of the house will be occupied only by the owner or completely unoccupied, so you can enjoy the pool and grounds all to yourselves. Only during certain weeks in July-August, the rest of the house may be rented to a quiet family, with respect for everyone's peace and quiet and the property. Perfect for nature lovers and families, the park is located 900m from Locmiquel beach and the most beautiful coastal paths of the Gulf of Morbihan (GR34), which will take you on one side to the Pointe de Locmiquel, the Pointe de Toulvern and the magnificent Sept-Îles beach, and on the other side to the Pointe du Berchis, Larmor-Baden and its port. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cruising on the Gulf, or visiting sites such as Île aux Moines, Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, Auray... You can also enjoy horseback riding, golf or tennis, or take a sailing course in the sheltered waters of the Gulf (independent clubs 5 minutes). In the evening, you can admire the sunset over the park (very late in summer) from the south and west-facing terrace. Outdoor seating and dining facilities are available for your relaxation and culinary enjoyment.
