Best location in Baeza

The location is perfect when arriving by car, easy to find. You can walk to everything and the old parts of town are beautiful, over all charming and clean. The hotel breakfast was perfect, very fresh produce. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. We are very happy to have chosen the best hotel.

There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞

The design of this property is so dated. The courtyard is such a poor use of space. The rooms at the rear of the property are a long walk to the elevator and tend to lack light. This property is overrun by tour groups.

Muy buen hotel céntrico, probamos la comida de la cafetería y la relación calidad precio era muy buena. La habitación acusaba cierto desgaste aunque era grande y cómoda, se filtraba algo de ruido de la calle a través de la ventana, se agradecería un mejor aislamiento en ese sentido. Personal muy atento y amable. Se puede aparcar fácil a 5 minutos andando del hotel.

El personal muy simpático y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Respecto al hotel, creo que le hace falta una renovación de las habitaciones, pues estamos hablando de un establecimiento de 4 estrellas. La limpieza, la atención, el precio y la ubicación, sin duda lo mejor. Es un hotel para volver y recomendar.

Trevligt boende på bästa läge

Mycket trevligt Hotell på bästa läge. Dock ligger det mitt inne i smågränderna så lite jobbigt att köra till parkeringen. Rummet är rymligt och trevligt. Tyvärr fungerade inte air conditioning, men det gick rätt bra ändå. Spolningen på toaletten fungerade dåligt så vattnet rann oftast i toaletten. Frukosten var mycket bra och innehöll allt man kan önska. Personalen var mycket trevliga och gav verkligen det lilla extra i sitt bemötande. Även med några småsaker som inte fungerade på rummet är det högsta betyg och kommer absolut att bo här igen.

Schöner Aufenthalt!Empfehlenswert!

Beste Lage direkt im Stadtkern von Baeza.Viele oder die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nah fussläufig zu erreichen.Eine gute Standortwahl!Zimmer sind zweckmässig.kein Luxus.Leider sehr hellhörig.Ich konnte den direkten Nachbarn schnarchen hören,war aber für uns weiter kein Problem.Frühstück ist sehr gut.Grosse Auswahl von allem.Vor dem Hotel gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.Entweder man nutzt die nicht gut bewertete Hotelgarage für relativ viel Geld oder man nutzt die kostenlosen Parkplätze der Stadt,waswir auch taten.Sind halt 5 bis 10 Minuten Fussmarsch vom Hotel entfernt.Je nachdem.Ich selbst habe 3 gesehen.Bei Abreise war das Wetter mal nicht so toll,sodass wir noch etwas nass wurden bevor wir unser Auto erreicht haben.Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.Wir haben viel gesehen in einer schönen Gegend die nicht überlaufen ist.Wir würden wiederkommen.

Por problemas personales teníamos que anular la última noche y no hay teléfono de contacto para solucionar nada,ademas tienes que enviar un correo electrónico y esperar a que te contesten y lo hacen en inglés. Hemos tenido que pagar toda a estancia aunque hemos salido antes.No volveré a hacer nada con vosotros.
