“This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. The owning family are so helpful and made us feel so welcome ”

“I usually stay at hotels while traveling but this place was amazing. From the moment I arrived, to the very last second when I left. I wish more places like this put this much passion and love into the industry. The room was perfect, bed and pillows were exactly what you need to get a good rest. Shower was large, pressure great. Breakfast was phenomenal, I wish more people get to experience what I experienced. 5 star hotels don't even come close. Thank you for putting a huge smile on my face.……
