Located in a pleasant residence in the heart of a private park, come and discover this beautiful 35 m² flat, ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon. In summer and winter, enjoy the landscapes and activities of the resort: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, thermal cures, hiking, guided tours.
This flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom as well as a balcony with a view of the River Le Pique!
Free parking available. Bed linen and towels provided. Pets allowed on request. Wifi access.
The flat :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, small freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...
Sleeping area:
- A large bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and access to the balcony.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A balcony of about 7 m², facing East, not overlooked and furnished with 2 sun lounger, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the river La Pique!

- Luchon Superbagnères ski area located 2.8 km away (5 min by car, 8 min by ski lift).
- Thermal baths (Parc des Quinconces) located 1km away (15 min on foot).
- Juzet de Luchon waterfall 3 km away (6 min by car).
- Spanish border 10 km away (15 min drive).
- Lac d'Oô located 15 km away (24 min by car).
- 9-hole golf course (one of the 5 oldest in France).

In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!
In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of the Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks or go for a trail or climbing trip! Many other activities and events are available: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Festival des Plantes, Festival des Fleurs, Christmas market...
Transport :
- Thermal" shuttles serving the city's thermal baths and "Winter Season" shuttles serving the resort's slopes and its city centre.
- Bus to Toulouse.
