Small apartment house "Le Pigne". In the district of des Esserts, 1.9 km from the centre of de la Station, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Shop 1.9 km, grocery 1.4 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 1.9 km, bakery 1 km, café 400 m, bus stop 20 m, indoor swimming pool 2.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 150 m, tennis 2.8 km, riding stable 2.8 km, sports centre 2.8 km, chair lift 2.7 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 2.4 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 2.5 km, ski-kindergarten 2.5 km, ice rink 2.8 km, children's playground 1.9 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Rouge drag lift 80 m.
"Pigne 1", 1-room apartment 36 m2, on the ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle). Bath/WC. Small terrace, south facing position, lawn. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Parking space n 1 at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Poor property management

Description was mistaken (no TV for instance). No wifi. Extremely high extra COMPULSORY costs such as cleaning and bed linens, which are prices per person. Poor communication with the management team (needed a few emails to get the address and password for the safe to get the keys).
