“beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own.”

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”

“We spent a fantastic and relaxing week in Maria‘s house. The pool and the wide area provide excellent conditions for the kids to play and have fun. We really appreciated the pool bing surrounded by a fence. The kitchen and the grill area are well equipped to cook some nice Italian dish. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds.Maria is always available in case anything needed and always has helpful recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants and everything else.
