Located in a very quiet residential area, fully enclosed property, protected by an electric gate, away from all eyes, the villa Hauts de Chaudeyrac is the perfect place to spend holidays in the sun of the Gard while feeling like at home. With family or friends, the 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people and a baby *.

The heated pool of 5x10 m facing south and the beautiful shaded terrace with its garden furniture and plancha will help you, for sure, to relax fully during your stay.

The 8-hectare garden with its palm trees, olive tree and fruit trees gives you the necessary space to arrange the sun loungers, play a game of ping-pong or make a small petanque contest!

Belles vacances dans cette Villa où le calme règne dans le quartier. Pétanques, fléchettes, transat en nombre (on était 8). Piscine chauffée, un vrai plus et de belles tranches d'ombres un peu partout.

Super lækket hus med lækker pool. God og effektiv kommunikation med udlejer, der var meget fleksibel. Eneste minus var, at der ikke var AC i soverummene, da vi var der under hedebølgen. Kan klart anbefales til andre.
