“Super nice apartment hotel, excellent communication via WhatsApp, all questions ( laundry room, door opening etc) was solved in seconds. Will absolutely book BOB W again. ”

“原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。”

“Though not 24 hrs reception, there is sufficient support and their staff is nice and helpful. Convenient location and very close to train station and metro. The room is spacious and well equipped.”

“This was just right for our family of 4 with kids age 2 and 4 the end of May 2024. A good playground diagonal across the street and an awesome one in Orstedsparken. Walking distance to metro to get to the airport and all around the area. Only downside was it was very warm (almost 80) and there is no AC and we were on the sunny afternoon side of the building.”

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“The apartment was beautiful. There was an obvious high level of care taken to creates welcoming space. Everything in it was new. The walk to the harbor was only 10 minutes. Great location!”

“Great property! We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a three bedroom. Loved the spacious kitchen and view from the deck. Gorgeous windows everywhere! The rooms don’t have air conditioning and were very warm! ”

“It would be great to have a printed guidance in room so guests do not need to check online manuals every time. The apartment could provide access to washer and dryer in the Basecamp, at fees in needed.”

“房間非常寬敞，設施亦很齊全，有廚房和洗衣機，樓下亦有gym。可惜洗衣機門常打不開，但其中一位員工非常熱心幫忙，問題也得以解決。只是他不在的時候，其他員工不懂怎麼協助，承諾明天會有技工解決，但洗衣機門依然打不開，也沒有交代有沒有人來整過，或是有其他原因所以未能解決。住在這裏大致上都非常愉快，只是這個問題上，覺得員工向我們交代一聲會比較好。”

“Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before ”

“I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app. It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy. I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again.……

“We really enjoyed staying at Venders! The location was superb, next to the metro station and in a lively area near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment was really nice, recently renovated, and comfortable beds. Also, Venders is a great option for families; we were provided with a traveling crib and high chair. The only downside, which is not unique to Venders, was that since there is no AC in most of Copenhagen, it was a bit warm at times but was a lot better after opening……
