The room does not have AC. We have 3 seniors with us and they have to negotiate steps before going to the elevator. The food is terrible, a small cut fish, Rice and egg & you have to ask for a coffee. No towels in the room. Im not recommending this place to anyone.

Likes: -Mountain view from the balcony -Staffs are very professional and courteous. Dislikes: -Things like bathroom tissue, water, kettle, hair dryer and even electric fan are still to be requested and not ready in the room. -No A/C and even electric fans in room. In Expedia, it says in there that there is ceiling fan, but there is actually none. We were not even told that it is only provided upon request. -Bathroom was dirty and smelly when we arrived. With splashes of urine even on the floor.

Nettes Hotel etwas außerhalb.

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht vom Eingangsbereich aus. Die Lobby und das Restaurant sind sehr gepflegt. Das Essen ist gut. Das Frühstück allerdings ziemlich einfallslos ohne große Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war enttäuschend. Flecke im Teppich und an der Wand. Tote Insekten sammeln sich in der Deckenleuchte. Im Bad Schimmelflecken an der Decke. Vom" Balkon" aus Blick auf den Dachgiebel. Wenn man sich nicht groß im Zimmer aufhält völlig okay.

Foul odor toilet

The staff was hospitable and very welcoming. The bed is fine but i can smell the foul odor of toilet while sleeping. Even though i asked the staff to clean it again but the stain and bad odor still remain. Definitely im not coming back.

Lovely location but lazy management

The place is run by very young minimum wage kids and there is mo effective supervision. Breakfast was poor with no choice. Beautiful location and pleasant building but lazy management devalues the experience.

Fin utsikt, ellers dårlig

Mugg på badet og luktet ille. Mye insekter. Greit nok at det er i tropene, men aldri opplevd så mye insekter på et hotellrom før. Oppgraderte fra ordinert rom da rommet jeg først fikk lå rett bak resepsjonen og de kunne hørt meg snorke. Føltes ikke mye privat. Det oppgraderte rommet var ikke mye bedre men hadde en liten balkong og litt større. Ikke verdt pengene. Spesielt ikke på grunn av lukten og dyrene.

Mine View Location

Its a great area of Baguio. Up on the hill, away from town center. We got stuck with a room over the reception area, near the kitchen. Super noisy. 4 hour ride (rental car) from Manila. Good stopping point on way up to Rice Terraces or Sagada ?
