"The hotel is lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The service and kindness of the staff was exceptional, from Marco (Polo) to Abner, to Jareli and all the wait staff and bartenders. Thank you for a lovely time and for making us feel welcomed. The restaurants were delicious. ... my favs were the Italian and Asian theme. My only wish is that there was a restaurant with a focus on the cuisine of Mexico! The beachfront is beautiful. The property is very well cared for. Highly recommended. "

"Incredibly good experience, we would return. The only challenge at all is the crowds at dinner time. If you go during a busy time you can wait over an hour to eat dinner. However on the plus side the staff are incredibly gracious, the facility is very nice, there's a lot of fun Hard Rock themed stuff, there are cool activities for the kids and for adults, and the entertainment team is top notch. It's just a great place to visit. "

"I've stay here a few times now. The resort is really nice, the staff is top notch, and they have about 5 different restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet is really good, so is the lunch and dinner buffet. The Italian restaurant in the lobby is nice, the Asian restaurant is nice, but the Steak House has been a let down every time I've gone. Sadly... There are two pools, one seems to be the relaxing pool, and the pool next to the bar is definitely the party pool. It has a very nice beach that you can walk either direction for a good ways. Also, it is not within walking distance to town, so you'll need to get a taxi. "

"We had the best time with our family at Marival. Our 9 and 6 year old thought it was a really fun place to visit. The multiple pools were great and the convenience of the beach being right there was perfect. Lots of great food options for the whole family and there was always something to do or see. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this resort and if you have kids it’s a great place to visit. "
