I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely friendly. The buffet was to tier and a tad bit different each day. The rooms were spacious for a NYC hotel.

Should have trusted my gut to see reviews first. For a hotel with some status. $1k a night that doesn’t provide a kettle, coffee machine, bath room slippers. Has to be requested for. (And was told subject to availability and was lucky to have gotten it from the housekeeping staff) seriously? Friends also stayed in the suite, SUBPAR standard service etc for $2k a night. They are members and will have more to review.
Front service staff for checking in. Wow..leaves much to be desired. Make staff were just cordial and dead pan. Been to so many hotels and the price? This is really disappointing. Even a $200:night hotel at indigo NY gave better service and had EVERYTHING.
Saving grace? The Porters and doormen were exceptional along with the Housekeeping staff. THEY were the ones that gave 10/10 service.

The location was the best. Central to everything and close to subway. We had a balcony room, which was nice but the fold out bed was pretty awful.

Definitely a 5 star hotel, clean and safe all around the hotel. Staff are very professional and very polite. Has access to the swimming pool and childrens area. Beautiful scenic view for people that love to take pictures.

It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. Very similar setup like North America. Clean, excellent service, personalized decor, management has very good taste. Ambience well setup and through. Excellent hotel to stay and get North American touch in every where. I will recommend anyone to stay in this property to have a good time.
