“Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again. ”

“The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! ”

“I have been running a guys ski trip for 22 years. The challenge is getting the right bed configuration as you can't have 2 guys sharing a queen bed. So many properties claim (accurately) to accommodate 14 people, but this site actually has 9 BR and slept 10 comfortably. ”

“Great Cabin! Great Location for a Colorado Adventure. It felt so remote without being remote. The kitchen was well equipped and the front porch was great for napping. ”

“We stayed 5 nights and had an amazing time and a great stay in this rental! It is a close walk to main street where we walked to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The giant troll was also close by although we drove because of 3 young children. The gondola which runs for free is also within walking distance from the rental. The kids loved the bunk bed, the moose head mount and the running stream just outside of the front door! The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We would……

“Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer. ”
