  • Located in a charming village in the heart of Brittany. Our house, one of the oldest in the village, is part of the remarkable heritage of the town of Bais. It combines authentic charm and modern comfort. In the garden, the enclosures house chickens and donkeys, adding a picturesque touch to this bucolic setting.

    Welcome to Le Clos Gagné!PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe house offers: a large living room, offering a living room with fireplace, which opens onto a bright dining room and its fitted and equipped kitchen.
    Upstairs, four bedrooms with private bathrooms (to be continued), offering a magnificent view of the countryside.

    This house is ideal for organizing your events, such as family moments, reunions with friends, business seminars or wellness courses, birthdays... (quotes established on request, possibility of having a barn to secure the event depending on the weather.)

    Ideally located near the hiking trails of Vitré community, which run along the river: "La Quicampoix", the house is the perfect starting point for hikes, with 10 km of hiking trails, and is suitable for cyclists and horseback riding enthusiasts. Discover the history and beauty of the region while relaxing in the middle of nature.

讚好：整潔度、登記入住、聯絡溝通、地點和房源資料準確度
Superbe gîte en campagne, tranquillité rt sans voisins. Nous étions 17 personnes entre famille et amis, un vrai moment de détente et de retrouvailles et ce gîte est vraiment idéal pour les groupes jusqu’à 20 personnes avec ses chambres en couchages simples ou multiples (2,3,4) est un atout. Rénové avec goût, on s’y sent bien. L’accueil de Magali est chaleureux, convivial et bienveillant. Nous avions des questions sur le contrat de location et elle a été disponible pour nous répondre, contact facile et efficace. Allez y en toute confiance.
