“La limpieza no era buena. Suciedad en nevera, baño, etc. Pero situación y acceso muy buenos. Cartagena una gran ciudad, con mucha historia que ver y conocer.”

“Dirty fridge with half consumed food incl 2 rotting apples. We cleaned fridge on arrival before unpacking supermarket foods, Freezer had half-eaten packet of chicken burgers & lots of lollies. Cutlery drawer scruffy with bits of broken plastic, coins & a battery. Mugs stained with food & drink remnants. Champagne cork foils stuck to ceilings in kitchen & bedroom. Bathroom, all shelves occupied with hosts toiletries incl 3 personal washing mesh balls left in shower area, leaving us to move his……

“Great location. However, shower had no attachment so had to hold, oven didn’t work, microwave was burnt and damaged so didn’t dare use. Mentioned this to host but nothing was done. The tv didn’t work either! Also, when booking with you it said bed linen and towels included, but we had to pay an extra 10 euros each when we arrived. Don’t rate Novasol at all and wouldn’t use again. Tried to message you while we were there and got no response either. It was meant to be a special holiday away with……

“Prior to checkin the host was extremely helpful with any questions. Checkin process was seamless videos sent with information, directions and checkin information.Apartment was very clean, modern and had everything we required to make us feel at home. QR codes for all appliances to ensure easy use of all appliances. Location couldnt get any better in the centre of the spanish village close to cafe, restaurants and supermarket. Additional touches left by the host made us feel eveen more welcome……

“The apartment was nothing like the photos shown on the website. It wasn't even within the complex though we did get braceletes for the complex. It smelt of smoke and wasn't particularly clean especially the skirting boards. We arrived at 17.00 to collect and we had to wait over an hour for someone to get the keys for us and it also took several phone calls via an interpreter to get someone to open the office. The office didn't open for the whole time we were there. There was no kettle, safe……

“First time staying at El Valle. Primarily I was practicing and playing golf at the local courses. Ideal apartment only a short walk to the clubhouse and practice facilities. The apartment was excellent with everything you need for your stay. Very quiet surroundings but for those looking for more in the way of bars and restaurants this would not be a suitable resort. ”
