“If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we……

“Sound proof of the room seems quite limited”

“We overslept after a terrible night and woke up at 11:30 AM, just 30 minutes before the noon checkout time. We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us. We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests……

“環境優美，餐廳食品一流，坐落在一個大公園的中心”

“La chambre était très bien et spacieuse, le personnel serviable, et le petit-déjeuner correct. Propreté impeccable. Le seul point à améliorer est l’insonorisation de la chambre. Je recommande fortement cet établissement!”

“免費的停車場及寬敞的房間，住宿地點離高速公路近，價錢合理。 Free parking and spacious rooms, close to the highway, at reasonable prices.”

“Very restful stay, excellent food. Beautiful property that has lots of charm and character”

“Ihanan rauhallinen aito historiallinen Hasienda.”

“This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!”

“Rural is a key word. It is family run. We arrived on a Sunday and the family was out. We were greeted by one of their staff, Natalia. Such a nice woman. She realized due to the time and a Sunday that we would have few options for dinner. She shared her family dinner with us. It is very quiet. We enjoyed touring neighboring towns while using this as a home base. Once we found it, it was very easy to come and go.”

“This is a clean place , nice staff, close to Utrera downtown .”

“The facility is nicely kept with period accents. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was large and great water pressure. It is centrally located to reach eateries and shopping. Staff was very helpful and assisted with needs. Second time. Will return.”

“Lo que menos me gustó es que tenía que pulsar el timbre tanto para entrar como para salir del alojamiento”

“Tout simplement super , un cadre calme dans la campagne andalouse . J’ai adoré”

“This hotel was down its own small alley tucked next to the convent. The streets are narrow and there is no parking very close, but easy to walk there! It was in a perfect quiet location. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided us the code for the door during after hours. Our room was an interior room but still extremely cute and unique!”

“Todo bastante bien, y la cena y el desayuno estupendos y con muchos productos típicos a buen precio. Repetiremos sin duda”

“Suempre bien en todo.A repetir”
