“The B&B was wonderful. 5-stars, no question. The grounds are gorgeous with a great guy who maintains the plants and trees! The pool and heated pool are also a great asset. I swam in the pool, it was immaculate!! Reception and staff were attentive, multi-lingual, so helpful when I needed some support and extremely communicative. Mauricio bent over backwards to assist me. The food and wine selection are 5-stars as well. As a B&B, the breakfast foods offered are fresh and prepared……

“Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff; beautiful rooms, buildings, landscaping, pool, hot tub, and vineyards; delicious food and wines--did that cover it? This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, and, for what you get, very reasonably priced. Our room was large with plenty of storage and the bed and pillows very comfortable. “Hotel Alcántara was wonderful. It is very modern, spotless and brand new. Everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is the location, just 3 to 10 minutes from some truly amazing vineyards. We loved every single moment of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: very healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!”

“Amazing experience in the middle of nowhere outside of Mendoza. We loved the restaurant quality and the staff, both for breakfast and dinner. Cool hikes in the area. The pool area has an amazing view, but we had appreciated a bit more shade (the sun umbrellas seem to be broken or not been able to keep up with the wind).”
