Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH).
ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms. This facility has 3 rooms without bathrooms and 3 rooms with private baths. Rooms without private baths DO NOT state that one must use a community. I spoke with staff upon arrival and with the Manager but both insisted, even after looking at the booking information on Expedia, that I had booked a room community bath....none of the rooms have showers only. The place is quite and staff is nice so book a room knowing that you are getting only community bath facilities and expect the bait and switch to upgrade to a room with private showers under duress of no refund. I spoke with staff before extending and was under the impression that I would get the private bath since the shower option was stated on Expedia --- NOT.
