The room is nice and clean,pool is nice, parking is convenient and close, front desk was very welcoming for once checking in was actually eazy pricing was excellent and Im not sure her name but whoever checked me in around 5:30 6:00pm on 07/9/2025 thank you for being a wonderful human being you definitely should be recognized for your absolutely amazing costumer service. "This location is great because of it being in between Fort Walton Beach and Destin both approximately 20 minutes away respectively. The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is 2 minute walk from 2 of the best places to obtain coffee, The Coffee Shoppe and on the same side of the street is the Veteran owned Black Rifle Coffee Company. I can’t say enough great things about this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Kudos to the entire staff. Very nice operation. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the natives of Niceville for allowing others to experience your town’s charm. "
