“Came to see a friend breakfast was closed and the door to my room was difficult to open but room was clean staff was friendly would stay there again if I ever was to visit Albany again”

“This is our second time there our first time they didn't clean our room 2 days with request made, this time same thing the last excuse was no cleaner on staff now the same excuse, which isn't fare. We like the free breakfast lady who prepares , it's amazing one person can make come back , but we are done with this location.”

“The rooms were very beautiful. Love the barnyard door on the bathroom. The halls are dark and needs a little lighter color paint. Need a few physical repairs. Pool was broken. Manager was a catch all guy. He was doing yard work and fixing things. Breakfast was mid. Light morning breakfast. Overall, very clean property. Professional staff. Brian, the manager and the receptionist that checked me in were great.”

“We have stay there 3 times and every time the pool was not open. The breakfast needs some help, other wise each stay has been. Staff has been wonderful each time.”

“I stayed at this motel from Tuesday -Sunday. My bed wasn't made from Wednesday on, trash not removed from the room, used towels left on the floor. I had to do some cleaning when I arrived. On check out day, I spoke with the owner/manager, she stated we clean the rooms every other day and her staff told her that I refuse to have my room cleaned. I asked her why would I taken pictures if that was my request. Dirty diaper was on the outside of someone's room when I checked in and when I returned……

“The hotel was ok as far as cleanliness. It could improve elevator dirth and my refrigerator still had food in it from a stay before me so I know they didnt clean it.”

“The place looked nice on the outside and the lobby. Hallways made it seem dated and that I’d walk into a terrible room. It wasn’t terrible but things could be updated. Specifically the bathroom. Mostly needs maintenance. Mold, shower was leaky even with the door shut. People above me would flush their toilet and mine would run and the water would move around and gurgle. The ac half way worked. The tv remote was nowhere to be found. The one good thing I will say went above and beyond my……

“Not clean at all bad location”

“Do NOT book this Hotel. This hotel is now a MOTEL 6 and they will NOT honor the booking and will leave you stranded with no place to stay. The place is pretty dirty and very run down. There was trash everywhere, furniture all over the 3nd floor balcony and people partying in the parking lot. No one is manning the office. They have a paper with a phone number to call. The manager was nice but the new owner refused to honor the booking that had been completely paid in full ahead of time. Don't……

“I couldn't stay there because it was a horrible place! I tried 2 different rooms & both rooms didn't have a dead bolt that worked. As a single woman traveling alone, I don't feel it's too much to ask to feel safe in a locked room!!!!!!!!”

“Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter. ”
