“Fun and funky location, good price, very old home with giant ceilings. "Spanish Town" is unique; strolling around the neighborhood to view homes and gardens is a treat. Coffee shop down the street, downtown area and Interstate very close by. Designated parking is helpful, in an area that is "permit parking" only. I love the high end finishes/products, artwork, and decor. Convenient kitchen: air fryer, microwave, Keurig, but strangely, no potholders, and just one kitchen towel, no sponge or……

“We rented this back in November 2025, As a gift for my UPS guy employees! We bought great tickets to the LSU SEC baseball game and needed a house with 6 bedrooms! as we got closer to the time that we needed to check in, we inquired about a barbecue pit so that they could barbecue steaks when they got there they had still not sent us the code! the bottom level of the house the garage and was actually made into a game room which the doors should have opened so they could have grilled stess asks on……

Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities.
