Clean rooms staff was friendly. The check in and check out were easy. The bar was nice and the bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The location was great for the convention center and the dignity health arena, it was a couple minutes walk.

The hotel was pretty decent and the staff is very nice. But the hotel's price/performance ratio seems a bit low for its location. The entry and the breakfast were pretty good, but most of the hotel is fairly ordinary.

We stay here when we attend an event at the arena (walking distance). Very nice hotel, with options for dining inside and around the hotel. There’s also a cinema close by. It’s within walking distance of the Library and Amtrak train station.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating. The lobby and bar area were really nicely decorated. The restaurant had a huge selection of foods, as well as a kids menu with puzzles and an area to color, however they didn’t have any crayons which was a bummer for the kids. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and cozy pillows, however the train kept waking everyone up so no one, in any of the room, got great sleep. The bathroom was basic. The water drained slow in the tub and sink. No soap dish so placed clap on the counter. It was a scavenger hunt to find the blow dryer (top shelf of the closet). Overall, a nice place for a quick one night stay.
