The hotel is at a good location. The building is kept/mantained but you notice the age. The hotel has many staf members, and everyone does their job. But what makes this hotel great is the service you get in the lobby. The frontdesk and the 2 bell boys and sometime bell girls. They are all wonderfull. So friendly, caring, helpfull and profesional. Their way of giving service to the guests is why i gave a high score. They stand out. Don't misunderstand me, the other staf are friendly just like you would expect from any hotel. But the lobby personal, they are another leven. They left an impresation. From the young ones to the older woman managing the frontdesk personel.

This hotel is a gem in Siem Reap. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is top notch. The rooms are beautiful. The pool is nice and refreshing. It is convenient to get to Old Market and other places by tuktuk or even walking (about 10 minutes). The coffeeshop and café are a nice option. The pizza is great. Kim, and others at the front desk are so wonderful and friendly. I look forward to returning here.
