Stately property in ideal location for touring Baku's top attractions. Hotel is small enough that the staff get to know you. The in-hotel dining serves an excellent breakfast and lunch. Rooms are quite small and a bit outdated.

Excellent locution.You can walk to most popular attractions. Very safe. Metro station is right around the corner for other attractions. Like new hotel built 3 years ago. Room was very clean comfortable with down pillows and comforter. Good mini bar. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice spa with lap pool, good water temperature. Sauna and Turkish bath. Jalil at the front desk was very helpful. Would stay again.

Very noisy hotel as it's on the main road. They give in room instructions for casting your device to the TV, but that doesn't work, they just shrugged their shoulders when I asked why. The housekeeping staff didn't refill our coffees, didn't replace face clothes and where our complimentary water was, they put an open half bottle there. The showers in gym area don't have conditioner, but for some reason have body lotion. On the plus side it is a clean hotel, great breakfast, good gym and sauna, breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location. I will stay somewhere different next time though, very overpriced for the low standards.

Nice Hotel

The lack of balcony in the rooms is a disadvantage. In addition, the noise of the vehicles passing by the road are heard from my room. The rest was good.

IHG Baku don’t expect any services

Front desk people dont know how to greet guest they are very rude . I checked in arnd 9:30-10 pm .No bell boy was available to assist with luggage we were having 4-5 big bags have to carry them to room. We asked for water in room after waiting for 2 hrs when we called again we were informed new water bottle will be provided only while house keeping will make the room next day. I never had such bad service experience in any IHG Hotels.

Sono stata nel hotel 4 notti per un viaggio di lavoro, ho avuto modo di assaggiare i piatti del ristorante e della loro SPA, mi porto a casa una bella impressione del personale, sempre gentile e servizievole. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto la mia camera ha avuto più problemi e disfunzioni, appena arrivata non si apriva la porta, poi l’aria condizionata non funzionava, poi un problema con cattivi odori che uscivano dal bagno, dopo un paio di segnalazioni il personale ha sistemato tutto però per essere un hotel per un certo target mi aspettavo un livello un po’ più alto. Per la prossima volta suggerisco semplicemente di cambiare camera per evitar mal contenti, da parecchio fastidio continuare a segnalare malfunzionamenti

İyi otel, daha iyi olabilir.

Başka Intercontinental otelinde kalmış biri olarak, bu 3 yıl önce açılmış otelin iyileştirmesi gereken yanları olduğunu düşünüyorum. Nazik ve gayretli personelleri olduğunu önceden belirteyim. Konum olarak da şehir içinde en iyi konumlardan birine ait. Fakat, temizlik konusunda biraz daha iyi bir çalışma yapmaları gerekiyor. Özellikle kahve makinesi ve cam bardakların üzerinde toz vardı. Yerde bayan saçı olduğunu fark ettim. İyi süpürülmemiş izlenimini verdi.
