Nice flat close to everything

Very nice and big flat in a very live street, 3rd floor with no lift but not a showstopper. Very close to the sea and have very good access yo public transport and taxis. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and entertainment are within 2-5 min walking distance. The host is very nice and cooperative.
