Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room service and cleanliness were too bad. We booked one room for 3 persons (3beds) but when we got to the room, there was only two beds and after we complained they added one extremely uncomfortable bed. Taxis in front of the hotel were so expensive and charged us almost 3 times higher than the real price. We booked airport transport service which had delayed about 1hour and 45 minutes. Hotel didn’t pay any penalty or gave us any discount and we had to pay the complete cost. The only thing that we got as a compensation was some fruits and cookies in our room.

quiet room with sound proof windows, comfortable bed, large rooms and very polite and friendly staff. We check-in early and check-out very late which it was very pleasent. I love Azerbaijan thanks to all good Azery people

Fantastic! We stayed at the hotel during our flying visit to Baku, hotel room was very spacious, clean and boasted a big double bed. Would recommend. Unfortunately we did not dine in the hotel restaurants nor visit the hotel spa or gym facilities, so therefore cannot comment on those amenities.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Overall the property was well presented but is showing signs of age and wear. The bed springs are evident in the beds room 1203 but lovely pillows and bedding with good shower and towels.

The room conditions become bad . No bath robe . Beds not comfortable. The restaurant became very busy and crowded with poor choices for food and bad taste.

İş için 3 gece kaldım. Kahvaltı ok. Servisteki arkadaşlar ve Guest Relation daki arkadaşlar gayet yardımseverler. Tepede alakart restaurantın yemekleri çok iyi değil. Bu yüzden dışarıyı deneyin. Ama otel güzel temiz ve uygun.

Il soffione della doccia presentava qualche problema, camera un po’ fredda. Nel complesso positivo ma ho visto un calo della qualità generale negli anni. Ho soggiornato spesso negli anni in questo albergo.

Otel genel olarak çok iyi, ancak sanırım idare zafiyetinden o otele yazık ediliyor.2014 yılında gittiğimde çok beğenmiştim. Bu seyahatimde ise hiç memnun kalmadım. Bir tek Lobide çalışanlar ve hizmetliler çok güler yüzlü ve çalışkan görünüyor. Oda çok kötü bir durumda yatak çok eski berbat bir uyku sağlıyor. Yatağı değiştirin dedik, derhal dediler ancak yatağın üzerine yorgan eklemişler, buna da şükür. Banyonun yağmur duşunda ve giderinde problem var. İkram neredeyse yok, sütlü bir kahve koyuyorlar, sade yok mu diye sorduğumuzda onu para ile alabileceğimizi söylüyorlar,2 adet su var, su ısıtıcısı plastik ve çok kötü. Kahvaltıda taze ekmek hiç yok, yiyecekler özensiz, meyve suları berbat ve sürekli makinanın dibinde ve hijyen neredeyse sıfır. Çay akşamdan kalma, sallama çay ile idare ettik. Wifi süper. Çok fazla trafik gürültüsü var, korna sesleri...

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Czystość i urządzenie bez zarzutu. Na śniadaniach niestety ogromne przeludnienie, obsługa nie wyrabia z nakrywanie stołów, których brak. Bardzo brudno na sali oraz na bufecie. Mimo, iż do zakończenia śniadania była jeszcze godzina, jedzenie nie bylo dokładane. Ruch był ogromny i trzeba było czekać na stoliki oraz w ogromnych kolejkach do stanowiska z omletami.
