Very disappointing hotel — don’t waste your money. The hotel management is very poor, and the cleaning standards are terrible. The reception staff are unprofessional, and most of the staff barely speak English. Only one male staff member was able to communicate properly; the female reception staff were especially unhelpful and unprofessional. We asked for an iron, but the staff kept making excuses and charging us for ironing our clothes. One night, I asked the male staff member working the night shift if I could have an iron, and he simply gave it to me. This made me question why the other staff were making such an issue about it and charging for the service. The biggest problem was privacy and room access. Staff entered our room at different times using their own access card without properly informing us or waiting for permission. When my husband asked why they were coming inside, they simply said “sorry.” This happened almost three times, which was extremely uncomfortable. Other problems: * Broken hair dryer * Very dirty carpets * Bugs in the room * Unhygienic breakfast * Extremely strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel * Poor housekeeping and cleaning * Unprofessional management Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Don’t waste your money staying here. It would be much better to rent a flat/apartment instead.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at

Very dirty room, the bathroom was not clean and the wall of the bathroom was filthy.

Not a reliable hotel

Hotel was full so they transferred me to another hotel. That was not expected and did not lead the hotel to propose any form of compensation. Very disappointing

Dirty but unbothered

Walls too thin you can hear everyone outside your room in the morning. Bath shower was broken. They have taped it and couldn’t use shower. Could only use tap. Cleanliness 0. Bed has hair from previous guests and toilet wasn’t clean had pee drops from somebody on it. That was supposed to be a city view room though no windows or view just air windows on top of room. Outer look of the hotel looks good but rooms 1 star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend to families/couples
