“We had a great stay in Baku. The location was great, close to pretty much everything in Baku. Hotel was super clean and loved the room, very bright, and modern. Hotel staff were really helpful. One thing that was a bit add was that we asked for an extra blanket, initially they refused to provide it but eventually they did. Never understood why as almost any hotel we have stayed there is always extra blanket in the room.”

“While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. ”
