Из плюсов: большой хороший бассейн (температура воды комфортная, всё как на фото), небольшой детский, наличие сауны (не очень жаркая) и что-то вроде джакузи, есть спортзал. Приезжать стоит после 5-6 января, а то очень много людей, не поплаваешь. Завтраки и ужины сервируют по системе «шведский стол». Всегда есть кофе, чай, сладости, фрукты, овощи, сырная и мясная нарезки, соусы, соки, горячее. По утрам хороши каши. Иногда подавались блюда грузинской кухни, салаты, пицца. Отмечу, что завтрак начинается поздновато (с 9:00 до 10:30). По номеру: тепло, просторно, балкон, кровать большая, кофе/чай, вода, халаты, тапочки, минибар, уборка ежедневная. В ванной: шампунь и пена для ванн, хотя в номере был душ. Когда в городе отключили воду – в отеле она была. Расположение: если достроят подъёмник в непосредственной близости, то будет просто супер. А так, рядом детская горка с бугелем, магазин, аптека, в километре трасса Дидвели (можно дойти пешком, но нет тротуаров). Из минусов: шумоизоляция стен самих номеров нормальная, но вот дверь... Вы будете слышать всё, что происходит в коридоре и холле. А отдыхающие тут шумят очень даже неплохо вкупе с бегающими и стучащими в двери детьми. Очень, очень плохо работающий интернет. Маленький телевизор со скудным набором каналов. В прокате при отеле не было размеров ботинок для борда (44). Итого, не европейские четыре звезды. Ну и не к отелю относится, но всё же, начало января 2020 года – нет снега, трассы не работают, делать в Бакуриани нечего.
