Holiday home right on the bank with a view

The detached holiday home, renovated in 2020, is modernly furnished. The residence is popular also because of the view of the lake from the property and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, gazebo, garden furniture and courtyard.


Location
Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system and smoke detector.

allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

American kitchen with electric stove (induction stove, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
