Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Available: bicycles (2). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 100 m, restaurant 300 m, grass beach 400 m.
"Boros", 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living room with dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Air-conditioning. No heating option. Parquet floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. MA20009320

Schönes Ferienhaus, wenig investiert

Das Ferienhaus an sich ist der sehr. Leider wurde seit Jahren nichts investiert. So ist die Küche zum Teil an den Schubladen etc. aufgeplatzt, der obere Korb im Geschirrspüler geht schwierig rein und raus. Die Betten sind such schon sehr alt und teilweise defekt.
