Top Notch

Our stay at Holly Creek Cottage was a top notch experience. The cottage was just completed before our arrival. Clearly, the owners spent a great deal of time making sure everything we would need during our stay was available. The place was spacious but had a very cozy feel to it. And, the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to the ferry and the beach. We look forward to our next relaxing Bald Head Island vacation at Holly Creek.

Having two golf carts at our disposal made exploring the island's pristine beaches and charming shops an absolute breeze – a necessity on this car-free paradise. The home itself is a masterpiece of design, blending comfort with high-end finishes. The huge kitchen was a chef's dream, truly the heart of the home. Equipped with a KitchenAid stand mixer and a fantastic array of small appliances, it made preparing meals a joy. We loved gathering around the spacious island, sharing stories and delicious food. For quiet mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings with a book, the screened-in porch was our favorite spot, offering serene views and a gentle breeze. Each of the three bedrooms provided plush comfort after days filled with island adventures.
