Welcome to Shell Cottage on Bald Head Island!
"There were some glitches in the check-in process but the host was quick to respond and the problems were solved in a very timely manner. Having 2 golf carts was a real bonus, as the beach chairs could be loaded on one with plenty of room for 4 adults to get to the beach easily. I do wish I'd known to go ahead and make ferry and tram reservations at the time of booking. We waited until closer to the vacation time and found that all the ideal times were completely full. We'll keep this in mind for the next time!All in all, we had a really great time and came home with fun memories."

"Finding a small place where a couple can stay on the island is a challenge, however, Hugh's place was perfect! We appreciated the location, cleanliness, and the golfcart. Ideally, the front door being replaced would have eliminated the hassle of getting in and out and locking the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!"
