Perfect Retreat

Fantastic location on the island within easy walking distance of the harbor and its amenities. The house is warm and inviting with many areas to be - decks, rooms and crannies abound. It was very relaxing. Very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the character and the location of the house.. the cute nooks and lay out are ❤️! All of the towels and things like that were available and beds and everything was comfortable. The property managers are excellent.

Comfortable space, great location to marina and multiple beach access points along the western and southern shoreline. We’d happily return to Sunset Glow for our next BHI trip. Tyler was very responsive and positive to all our queries. He even let us use one of the golf carts the morning of our departure because our ferry tickets where 2 hours and 45 minutes after the departure. Thanks, Tyler!!

Beautiful house and love the upgraded kitchen and all the dishes availible for cooking. Close to the marina area & market. Bathrooms have all been upgraded and look beautiful. Highly recommend and quick response from owner.

Perfect house for our family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about staying at this house was absolute perfection. We arrived and the relaxing music was the perfect start to an amazing vacation. The location is perfectly placed so you are close enough to beach access, market and the BHI club. (Which btw, if you’re thinking about getting the access pass to the club- get it. Don’t hesitate, the restaurant has an amazing menu and I think the most elevated eats on the island.) Back to the house, we loved that the bedrooms were downstairs all together so we could be close to the kiddos. Bunk beds were an amenity on their own for our boys. Added bonus to the house, toys to play with that are neatly tucked away. (Taking away from my stress...bc it’s vacation and I’d like to not have toys all.over.the.house.) The main family room is so perfect and if it wasn’t as humid, we would have definitely been out on the awesome porch more. We had an inevitable rain day and the house was entertainment enough for our boys for a few hours. The two golf carts are so convenient as well. For our beach trip, we brought (too...) many chairs and items so having 2 carts for our family of 4 was spot on. Loved that the carts had seat belts too. Might seem lame to mention but, def made me feel at ease with kids in the back. Loved this house and Tyler who was so accommodating with everything and very communicative. Our boys are already asking to go back. Book this house, you won’t regret it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all loved this house. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Lots of different spots to read or play games. Great books, toys, bikes. Perfect location for riding bikes to the harbor, post office and BHICLUB. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want. All the bathrooms were nice too The home is obviously used often and well cared for by the owners. Does not feel like a rental. We did not need Barbara and Tyler for a thing once we arrived but they were so helpful obtaining the BHICLUB temp membership. Ready to return. With all the porches this is a great house for any time of year.

Fantastic!! We LOVED it!

We had the best time on BHI and thoroughly enjoyed stayed at this beautiful home. The location was perfect- so easy to get to everything. The house was well-stocked with everything we could need. It was a perfect space for our family of 5. We had great communication from Steve- quick responses and very helpful. Looking to book again for next year!

Comfortable and Spacious

Loved the property, very well appointed and stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Close to beach and BHI club. The porches were nice and we enjoyed all the areas to spread out. Beds were super comfortable. We would stay again!

Beautiful home and great location

This was our first trip to Bald Head and we fell in love right away! The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked and we loved the location. Steve, the property manager was wonderful. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
