Amazing views with a great location

Home is very clean, has had a recent renovation that's very well done, plus has a well-equipped kitchen. Overall great home for a family of 4-5. The big pluses are the views, being steps away from the beach, and being adjacent to the marina where plenty of things are a short walk away. Home also has a couple of beach chairs, kids toys, 2 bikes, a clean outdoor shower, and 2 carts with one of them enclosed.

Beautiful views and amazing location!

The location and property were amazing! The only issues was I wasn’t aware that the 3rd bedroom was above the garage. The 2 beds worked for us but it would’ve been better to have that clearly defined in the listing.

First of all, this is NOT a 3 bedroom house. It is a 2 KING bed home with only 2 bathrooms. I wouldn't suggest this for more than 2 or maybe 4 if the kids are little. The galley style kitchen doesn't allow for true cooking but quick sandwiches and snacks are mess free and simple. The views are stunning and the location is perfect. We didn't need anything else but we were only 2 people, so it was simple and easy. TV's worked great, showers were strong and we had all we needed!
