“We really liked our stay at villa 24! The house was perfect for our family of 4! We had a lot of room to spread out and enough room for the kids to play! If you have kids, getting a guest membership to the BHI club is a must have. Our kids LOVED it! This villa is convenient to the club, which works great for nap time :). The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owner even texted us asking if everything was okay, which we really appreciated. It did have two golf carts,……

“We came for a family wedding and although things were disrupted by because of Hurricane Ian, we still had a good time. We had a couple of minor maintenence issues, one one of which was hurricane related, but response was swift and all taken care of promptly. Kudos to your staff for for coming out in the middle of the hurricane to get a window closed before it blew off! There were no towels and washcloths in the upstairs bath, but plenty in the downstairs baths to share. The only surprise was in……

“Listing states freshly painted. The place is in need of a major Paint job, walls are beat up. Also couch and comforters have stains. Location is good.”
