7. Great Waters gem! Spacious Waterfront Cottage! Family Friendly Getaway!

Eatonton

“Located in the lovely Greatwaters section of the Reynolds Plantation, the home is beautifully furnished with fantastic lake views from each of the main bedrooms. It is much larger than it looks from the road. We enjoyed the conveniently located pool and pickleball court, and easily rented a pontoon boat and jet ski from a nearby vendor. All in all, a great experience. We'd definitely return.”

9. Luxurious large 3bd/2ba Home with Dock with beautiful sunset views

Eatonton

“This a great property on Lake Sinclair. House was plenty big for 6 people including young children. The dock was in good shape and had plenty of space for days on the water. Since the home is further up in a cove, there was much less boat traffic compared to the main lake which was nice for a relaxing and safe swim around the dock. We caught a lot of catfish from the dock and had plenty of room for two boats. Minor suggestions for improvements would include updated inventory of kitchen utensils……

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. We spent most of our time relaxing on the screened porch and enjoying the beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making meal preparation easy and convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everyone slept great throughout our stay. Derek is an outstanding host—he responded to all of my questions quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here……

“We recently stayed in this cottage in Great Waters and loved it. The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms are situated nicely for individual couples and have en-suite bathrooms. It is a very short walk to the community pool, lake front beach area and tennis courts. The view of the golf course is lovely from the deck. The owner is very responsive and easily reached. We will definitely rent this cottage again!”
